Bill overview
This bill, the Make American Flags in America Act of 2025, requires that all flags of the United States displayed on federal property and procured by federal agencies be made in the United States. It defines ‘made in the United States’ as 100% manufactured within the country using domestically produced materials. The bill also directs the Federal Trade Commission to conduct a study on the enforcement of country-of-origin labeling for U.S.-made flags and to recommend improvements to the enforcement scheme.
