Bill overview
The Investing in All of America Act of 2025 amends the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to modify rules regarding leverage for Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs). Specifically, it excludes certain investments in smaller enterprises located in low-income or rural areas, or operating in critical technology areas, from leverage calculations. It also adjusts maximum leverage limits and incorporates an annual adjustment for inflation to maintain the purchasing power of these limits.
