IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
A BILL
To modify the boundary of the Mammoth Cave National Park in the State of Kentucky, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Mammoth Cave National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2025
.
Section 11 of the Act of June 5, 1942 (56 Stat. 319, chapter 341; 16 U.S.C. 404c–11), is amended—
in the second paragraph, by inserting (adjusted for inflation in accordance with the Consumer Price Index published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor)
after $350,000
; and
by inserting after the second paragraph the following:
Proposed Additionon the map entitled
Mammoth Cave National Park Proposed Southern Boundary Expansion Edmonson and Barren Counties, Kentucky, numbered 135/177,967, and dated May 2025 for inclusion in the Mammoth Cave National Park.
