The Fighting Inhumane Gambling and High-risk Trafficking Act of 2025 (FIGHT Act) amends the Animal Welfare Act to specifically address rooster protection and combat animal fighting. It prohibits sponsoring, exhibiting, or gambling on animal fighting ventures, including transporting roosters through the postal service. The bill also strengthens enforcement by allowing civil suits to enjoin violations and authorizes the seizure of property used in animal fighting activities.
