This bill designates the Endless Mountains National Heritage Area in Pennsylvania as a component of the National Heritage Area System. It establishes the area, encompassing Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties, and creates the Endless Mountains Heritage Region, Inc., as the local coordinating entity. The bill requires the local coordinating entity to develop and submit a management plan to the Secretary of the Interior within three years. Funding for assistance to the heritage area will expire 15 years after the bill’s enactment.
