Bill overview
This resolution requires members of the House of Representatives to participate in one shift as a passenger in a local law enforcement vehicle within their congressional district during their term in office. The goal is to allow members to observe the daily work of local law enforcement. The Committee on House Administration will create rules to implement this requirement, and the Committee on Ethics will track compliance and publicly report any non-compliance.
