Bill overview
This resolution directs the Attorney General to release publicly all credible documents, records, and communications related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. These materials include documents from the Department of Justice, communications between DOJ employees, and records pertaining to related legal cases. While some redactions are permitted to protect victim privacy, personal information, child pornography, ongoing investigations, grand jury proceedings, and death imagery, the Attorney General must provide justifications for all redactions and declassify information whenever possible.
