L. 2009, p. 3955), so as to remove references to the City of Milledgeville; to provide for membership of the authority; to provide for terms of office of members of the authority; to permit members to succeed themselves; to provide for vacancies of members; to provide for certain tax exemptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
