Overview
This bill creates a new Alabama Small Craft Alcoholic Beverages Act to license small craft distilleries, wineries, and brewpubs. It establishes new license categories, outlines qualifications and requirements for these businesses, and allows them to offer tours of their manufacturing facilities and sell products at off-premises events. The bill also permits storage facilities off-site and requires the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to administer and enforce the new regulations. It makes conforming changes to existing alcohol beverage laws.
