Overview
This bill increases the probate recording fee in Wilcox County, Alabama. It amends an existing law to raise the fee from $5 to $10 for real and personal property instruments recorded in the probate office. Furthermore, it repeals two previous acts that governed probate recording fees in Wilcox County. The changes will take effect on June 1, 2026.
