To set term limits and administrative support for a prescription drug task force, require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to expand the Strategic Supply Chain Initiative to include efforts to prevent or mitigate prescription drug shortages and require the Commissioner of Social Services to negotiate more supplemental prescription drug rebates.
