This bill eliminates regulations created by the Colorado River Commission of Nevada concerning the development and disposal of land in the Fort Mohave Valley. These regulations, previously outlined in Nevada Administrative Code sections 321.100-321.230, were established before a 2007 law transferred authority to the Clark County Board of Commissioners. The bill directs the Legislative Counsel to remove these regulations from the Nevada Administrative Code.
