Bill overview
This bill revises provisions related to guardianship in Nevada. The bill also clarifies procedures for serving legal notices in both adult and minor guardianship cases, eliminates a requirement for notifying the Department of Health and Human Services about Medicaid benefits for minors, and authorizes courts to appoint guardians for special immigrant juveniles reaching 21.
