Bill overview
This bill increases the number of district judges in two Nevada judicial districts: the First Judicial District (which includes Carson City and Storey County) and the Tenth Judicial District (which includes Churchill County). Specifically, it adds one additional judge to the First District and two additional judges to the Tenth District. The new judges will be elected and take office on January 4, 2027.
