Bill overview
This bill will allow Nevada to remain on Pacific Standard Time year-round, exempting the state from federal laws requiring the annual adjustment for daylight saving time. Currently, Nevada, like most of the United States, observes daylight saving time. This legislation would eliminate that practice, keeping Nevada on standard time throughout the entire year.
