Bill overview
This bill reinstates a previous Nevada law that required public buildings (with the exception of those owned by the Nevada System of Higher Education) to provide free space to state and county central committees of major political parties. Specifically, it mandates that these committees be granted access to rooms or spaces without charge during presidential election years for any purpose and during non-presidential years for conducting precinct meetings, subject to a rate not exceeding charges for other groups.
