Overview
This bill changes New Jersey’s law regarding how juvenile offenders are prosecuted. It allows a juvenile, regardless of their age, to be tried as an adult for homicide if they intentionally or knowingly killed a law enforcement officer while they were performing their duties or identifiable as an officer.
