Overview
This bill prohibits online advertisements for casino gaming and sports wagering from appearing on websites or apps primarily used by children under the age of 12. It applies to both casino and sports wagering licenses and their operators. The Division of Gaming Enforcement will be responsible for creating and enforcing the rules to ensure compliance. The law will take effect 60 days after it is enacted.
