Bill overview
This bill would allow for deer hunting with firearms and bow and arrow on designated lands in New Jersey on Sundays. Specifically, it permits hunting on State wildlife management areas and private property, as well as on federal military land and the William J. Hughes Technical Center, provided proper approvals are obtained. Existing restrictions on Sunday hunting are modified to include these new allowances.
