Overview
This bill changes how the State Board of Education creates rules. It requires the Legislature to approve all new rules, changes to existing rules, and readoptions of expiring rules. Furthermore, it completely repeals regulations related to ‘Managing for Equity in Education,’ which were previously established by the Board.
