Bill overview
This bill directs the New Jersey Department of Education to create an online resource clearinghouse to help school districts share security resources during emergencies. The clearinghouse will be accessible only to authorized school personnel and will allow districts to easily find available resources from neighboring schools. The Department must establish this clearinghouse within a year of the bill’s passage and will also publish a list of resources schools may need.
