Bill overview
This bill increases the annual income limit for eligibility to receive homestead property tax reimbursement in New Jersey. Currently, the income limit is $80,000 for single individuals and married couples. This bill raises that limit to $100,000 annually, starting in 2017, to provide greater property tax relief for senior citizens and disabled individuals. The bill amends existing legislation to reflect these changes.
