Overview
This bill updates how New Jersey handles mail-in ballots that are returned as undeliverable. It requires the Commissioner of Registration to move voters receiving such ballots to an inactive file. If these voters fail to vote in two consecutive federal general elections, they will be removed from the Statewide voter registration system.
