Overview
This bill amends existing law to expand the use of the Victim Information and Notification Everyday System (VINE) to provide notifications to victims of domestic violence. Specifically, it requires prosecutors to notify victims on whose behalf restraining orders have been issued when the subject of the order changes, such as release from custody.
