Overview
The Stolen Vehicle Possession Accountability Act increases penalties for adults and juveniles who commit repeat offenses of receiving stolen motor vehicles in New Jersey. It elevates the crime from a third to a second degree for those convicted or adjudicated delinquent on two or more prior occasions.
