Bill overview
This bill requires New Jersey public schools, charter schools, and renaissance school projects that employ school psychologists to offer remote counseling sessions to students. Students will be able to attend these sessions virtually unless a school psychologist determines that in-person counseling is more beneficial. The bill ensures continued access to psychological services for students who cannot attend in-person sessions.
