Provides that public school parent who objects to learning material or activity that parent considers harmful may receive voucher from school district to enroll student in nonpublic school.

This bill would allow parents of public school students to receive a voucher from their local school district if they object to learning materials or activities they consider harmful. If a parent withdraws their child from the public school and enrolls them in a nonpublic school due to this objection, the district must provide a voucher to cover a portion of the nonpublic school’s tuition and fees. The voucher amount would be 75% of the district’s annual spending per pupil, calculated based on the remaining school days.
