Overview
This bill changes the date of the June 2025 primary election in New Jersey from June 3rd to June 10th. It also allows for the rescheduling of primary elections if the date conflicts with a significant religious observance, moving the election to the first Tuesday following that observance. The Secretary of State must notify the public and adjust deadlines accordingly.
