Overview
This bill creates a gross income tax credit for New Jersey residents who pay tolls via the E-ZPass electronic toll collection system. Taxpayers who spend more than $1,000 on tolls during a tax year are eligible for a credit of up to $1,000. Certain types of tolls, such as fines or administrative fees, are not eligible for the credit.
