Overview
This bill creates a fund to use any extra federal money received by New Jersey for services to people with developmental disabilities. These funds would initially be used to cover any deficits in contracts with community providers. Afterward, the remaining money would be used to provide one-time grants to support community infrastructure and equipment that directly benefits people with developmental disabilities living in the community, prioritizing facility updates, accessibility equipment, and assistive technology.
