Overview
This bill allows 100% disabled veterans in New Jersey to receive special license plates displaying "100 Percent Disabled Veteran" and an emblem. Holders of these plates are also entitled to the same parking privileges as those with standard handicapped parking placards. The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will issue these plates free of charge to qualified veterans, and misuse of these benefits could result in the revocation of the plates.
