Overview
This bill requires health insurers in New Jersey to cover the cost of hearing aids for their customers. It applies to various types of health plans, including hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, group health insurance policies, individual health insurance policies, and plans offered by the State Health Benefits Commission and the School Employees’ Health Benefits Commission.
