Overview
This bill requires New Jersey employers to be more transparent about job opportunities and promotions. Specifically, it mandates that employers announce internal promotion opportunities to current employees before making decisions and disclose salary ranges, benefits, and retirement plans for new job postings. Temporary help firms are exempt from some of these requirements for future job openings. Violations can result in civil penalties.
