Overview
This bill allows students receiving tuition aid grants or opportunity grants to use a portion of those funds to enroll in summer courses that count towards graduation requirements or award academic credits. Students must notify the relevant authority (HESAA or the Secretary of Higher Education) before the academic year begins to adjust their grant disbursement.
