Overview
This bill would allow the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to create and issue special license plates for registered nurses. These plates would display the caduceus symbol and the words "Registered Nurse." There would be an initial application fee of $50 and an annual renewal fee of $10, and the commission would need to certify the average cost of producing these plates to the State Treasurer. If the cost exceeds $50 over two consecutive years, the program could be discontinued.
