“Stephanie’s Law” requires the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to create and maintain a publicly accessible online registry of individuals in New Jersey who have been convicted of domestic violence crimes, received a final restraining order, or been found in contempt of a domestic violence order. Law enforcement officers are also required to search the state’s domestic violence registries when making an arrest.
