Overview
This bill requires the North Jersey and South Jersey Passenger Advisory Committees to hold a minimum of four public meetings each year. It also mandates that each committee provide at least seven days’ advance notice of meeting times and locations, posted on the New Jersey Transit Corporation’s website. These committees currently advise the corporation on transportation matters. The bill was updated to address technical review requirements before being reported favorably.
