Overview
This bill requires the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners to keep detailed minutes of all their meetings and public hearings. The Governor is given the authority to review and veto these minutes within 15 days. No action taken by the commissioners can become effective until after this 15-day review period, unless the Governor approves the minutes sooner. If the Governor doesn’t veto the minutes within the timeframe, the minutes and any associated actions will take effect.
