Overview
This bill requires all members, officers, and employees of the New Jersey Legislature to complete an online tutorial on implicit bias and cultural competency, as well as participate in annual training. The tutorial must be finished by April 1st of every even-numbered year, and training completion will be verified and made public. The goal is to improve understanding and awareness of biases and cultural differences within the legislative branch.
