Overview
This bill requires State, county, and municipal social service workers to regularly complete training on implicit bias and cultural competency. Workers must finish an online tutorial by April 1st of every even-year and participate in annual training directed by their county or municipal governing body. The Department of Labor and Workforce Development will track completion and certification of these trainings, making the information public.
