Overview
This bill will exempt 100 percent disabled veterans from paying motor vehicle registration fees. To ensure eligible veterans are aware of this benefit, the bill requires the Adjutant General to notify them. The exemption applies to a single passenger vehicle owned by the veteran and requires them to be adjudicated as permanently 100% disabled by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
