Overview
This bill removes an exemption that allowed smoking in casinos and casino simulcasting facilities under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act. Currently, these venues were permitted to allow smoking in designated areas. This legislation would eliminate this exception, effectively making all areas of these facilities smoke-free.
