Overview
This bill establishes the ‘State House Flag Program,’ allowing members of the New Jersey Legislature to request that a New Jersey State flag be flown over the State House. The State Capitol Joint Management Commission’s Building Management office will handle these requests, create a certificate documenting the flag’s display, and mail the certificate and flag to the requester. The bill also includes an appropriation from the General Fund to support the program’s implementation.
