Overview
This bill creates the New Jersey STEM Entrepreneur Fellowship Program, designed to support entrepreneurs working in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. The Secretary of Higher Education, in collaboration with the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, will establish this program at county colleges and four-year institutions. It will provide fellowships to help entrepreneurs develop and commercialize innovative STEM-based business ideas with a positive societal impact.
