Overview
This bill updates the annual reporting requirements for New Jersey’s public colleges and universities. It expands the information required in the annual report on the student body to include data on graduation rates, retention rates, applicant and acceptance numbers, and demographic breakdowns (race, ethnicity, gender, income, and first-generation status). Additionally, the bill mandates that institutions use this data to assess diversity and inform admissions policies and resource allocation strategies.
