Overview
This bill establishes the "Internet Predator Investigation and Prosecution Fund" to combat online child exploitation. It does this by creating a fund and imposing a $200 assessment on individuals convicted of certain offenses, including computer criminal activity and sex offenses. The fund will provide grants to county prosecutor's offices for training and equipment to investigate and prosecute these crimes.
