This bill adds two student representatives to the board of governors of Rutgers University. These student representatives will be full-time, regularly matriculated students who are at least 18 years old and U.S. citizens. The board will hold a public hearing to determine how the students will be elected, and the board of governors will decide whether students will be elected by the student body at large or by the student government association. The student representatives will have certain restrictions on participation in board matters.
