This bill requires the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (DOLWD), in partnership with the Department of Education (DOE), to create a database of novice teachers. This database will be used to help school districts fill staffing vacancies. The DOLWD will also host three job fairs per year in different regions of the state to connect novice teachers with potential employers.
