This bill requires that large warehouse developments in New Jersey include a sufficient number of onsite parking spaces for tractor trailers servicing the facility. These spaces must prevent tractor trailers from spilling onto surrounding local properties or roadways between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The bill also allows municipalities to reduce the required parking spaces through their zoning ordinances, provided it doesn't lead to excessive truck parking outside of business hours.
