Bill overview
This bill requires the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) to provide more detailed claims experience data to certain public employers. Currently, this data could only be requested once every 24 months. The bill changes this to once per calendar year and allows employee representatives to request the data. The data must include a wide range of information, such as medical loss ratios, prescription details, and diagnoses, while also protecting individual privacy.
